Under the American Rescue Plan, the federal government will pay 100% of the cost of COBRA for eligible laid off workers for up to six months, from April 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. This means that beginning in April, many of you (and your families) have the opportunity to enroll in the COBRA subsidy program and have your COBRA premium paid for by the government.

To ensure that you (and your family) are eligible and enrolled in the subsidy program, you are required to fill out the appropriate forms from the link below so that both the Fund and the Federal Government can properly register you. Once your forms are completed, the file can be saved to your computer and sent to the Fund through various methods.
