Brooklyn and Harlem Health Center Services Temporarily Suspended

Brooklyn HC

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, effective January 1st, 2021, we are temporarily suspending services at our Harlem and Brooklyn locations.

Our Centers in Midtown, Queens, and 14 Penn Plaza will remain open. We are committed to continue providing high quality care in an environment distinguished by exceptional service. As the hotel industry picks up, we look forward to returning to normal operations at all of our Health Centers.

In the event that you are losing coverage with us there are a number of different Health Care options available for you to choose. Under current federal law, health insurance companies can’t refuse to cover you or charge you more just because you have a “pre-existing condition” — that is, a health problem you had before the date that new health coverage starts.

For the ease of transitioning your care needs, we can prepare a copy of your medical records at any one of our Health Centers and can send this information to your new provider on your behalf. Fill out an authorization form located on here to release your medical records. Please be as specific as possible in requesting this information ahead of time.

Please visit Transition from your Fund Coverage for more information.
