Please join us for an Introduction to Chair Yoga. This eight-week series will introduce participants to a gentle yoga practice aimed at improving ease of movement and promoting relaxation and peace of mind. The classes are an hour long and will introduce basic components of yoga, including breathing exercises and gentle movements using the support of a chair. The series is open to all. Seniors and those with injuries or limited movement are especially encouraged to join. Classes are limited to 20 individuals per session.

The instructor, Katie Moore, is a former Hotel Trades Council staff member, and is a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist (E-RYT 500, C-IAYT).
